Here’s how you get money…
If you want (legal) money, you need one or more of these three:
π’ Asset
Buy passive income-generating assets (i.e., bonds, businesses, real estate, stocks) that generate quarterly cash with zero effort.
π©βπΌ Customer
Build relationship moats. Listen for problems. Solve the problems in exchange for cash. Provide social proof to others. Repeat.
πΌ Job
Build your talent stack. Foster relationships to co-sign your talent stack. Bonus: Hire your manager (not the company).
The aphorism “it takes money to make money” is not true. It takes leverage to make money. Money is one lever. Your talent stack and relationships are the best levers if you’re starting from scratch. Owning assets and businesses are the only predictable paths if you want real wealth (liquid net worth of $10M+).
Choose your own adventure.
